Every row on this page comes from the record Oracl8 keeps on each exchange. A beginner pick must have a mobile app, a low minimum deposit and a named regulator on file. The steps below apply to all core pages.
- Scan the register. Each exchange is matched to the public regulator register it claims: the FinCEN MSB list, the FCA cryptoasset register, the MiCA CASP register, MAS, NYDFS, and the equivalent national authorities. Only the regulator name is recorded. Oracl8 does not publish a licence number it has not confirmed on the register itself.
