Every row on this page comes from the record Oracl8 keeps on each exchange. An exchange enters the top list only when its registration and fee schedule are both on file. The steps below apply to all core pages.

Each exchange is matched to the public regulator register it claims: the FinCEN MSB list, the FCA cryptoasset register, the MiCA CASP register, MAS, NYDFS, and the equivalent national authorities. - Cross-check the fee schedule. The maker and taker fee is read from the exchange fee page and logged as the standard retail tier, not a promotional rate. The combined round-trip cost is computed from that record.
